Buffalo County Health Department administers the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection agent contract to include licensing, issuing of permits, inspections, and conducting complaint and foodborne outbreak investigations.
Our purpose is to ensure a standard of quality among facilities licensed by the Buffalo County Health Department. In doing so, the Buffalo County Health Department will provide the citizens and visitors of Buffalo County with a service of quality assurance and safety while visiting these establishments.

License Application – Lodging/Campground and Public Swimming Pools
License application for lodging establishments including hotel/motel, bed and breakfast, cabins, cottages, lodges, and other facilities used for sleeping/lodging. Campgrounds and other recreational establishments such as public swimming pools and water attractions.
