County Administration is the primary contact for the County Board of Supervisors official business. This department develops, implements, and monitors the County budget and supervises county operations. This office is responsible for human resource programs, risk management, county government planning, purchasing, payroll, employee benefits, governmental relations, public relations as well as developing, implementing, and monitoring the County budget and day-to-day management of county administrative functions.
Responsible for the overall accounting, payroll, budgeting, and auditing functions of the county as well as purchasing.
All vendors for payment must complete a W-9. The preferred method of payment is Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT). Forms can be returned to [email protected] or in person to the Administration Office.
Oversees recruitment and retention, training and development, performance management, and compensation. Provides guidance of policies and practices to employees and elected officials.
