Buffalo County Public Health is now offering Reproductive Health and Family Planning Services.
Services provided by the Public Health Nurse include:
- Birth Control
- Counseling
- Education on all methods of birth control and reproductive health issues.
- Emergency Contraceptive
- Pregnancy Testing: Urine pregnancy testing available to confirm pregnancy. Education and referrals to Medical Providers and the WIC Program.
- STI/STD Testing and Treatment: Testing for common STI’s and medical treatment for you and your partner if test results are positive.
All services are confidential, affordable, or free!
Financial Support for Reproductive services are covered by Medicaid services. If you do not have insurance, we can also assist with applying for and obtaining Family Planning Only Services (FPOS), which may cover the cost of Birth Control and STI screenings and treatment.
