Paying Child Support

The Buffalo County Child Support Agency is pleased to accept on-line credit payments through AllPaid or TouchPay. Participants visiting our physical address to make a credit card payment will be directed to Allpaid or TouchPay. For your convenience, we have a public computer in our lobby available for you to make your payments.

You may also pay using a personal check, money order or cashier’s check.
All personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders should be made out to WI SCTF and should be sent directly to the Trust at the address listed below.

Payments should be directed to:

Self: WI SCTF Box 74200 Milwaukee, WI 53274

Employer: WI SCTF Box 74400 Milwaukee, WI 53274

The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families website outlines various alternate ways our clients can pay their child support obligation, including mailing payments, pay-by-phone, paying on-line, MoneyGram, and wage garnishment.

The Payer’s Guide to Child Support also provides useful information on making payments and about child support in general.

Important: It is your responsibility to ensure child support payments are received at the Wisconsin Trust Fund on time, even if you have a wage garnishment in place.
