Passports

Applications are available at the Clerk of Court Office for both regular and renewal of passports. APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED.  

 Please bring:

  • A certified copy of your birth certificate
  • 1 passport photo
  • Your driver’s license or ID card

The applicant must appear in person. Two separate forms of payment are required for passports. The first payment is by check and is to be made payable to the Department of State. The second payment is payable to the Clerk of Court and can be in the form of check, cash or money order.

Passport Renewal Information

Passport renewal applications can now be completed online at Travel.State.gov. You may also print the renewal forms from the website and mail in your application. 

Renewal forms are available at our office as well. However, depending on your responses on the front page of the form, you may still be required to mail your application.
