To report abuse and neglect of a child, vulnerable adult or elder, please call the Department of Health and Human Services 
at 608-685-4412 and ask to speak with the Intake Worker.


This is the process during business hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.


After hours, weekend and holidays- reports may be made by contacting the Buffalo County Sheriff’s Office at 608-685-4433.
