    Mission

The goal of the GIS Department is to support the modernization of the county-wide land information system dedicated to serving the needs of our community. This will involve the sharing of data and gathering of resources to produce land-related information.

These efforts will improve the accessibility and provide a means to compare and analyze data. As a result, the GIS Department will maintain current land information and develop new applications for the benefit of those interested in Buffalo County.
